Dok je stani\u010dno pam\u0107enje najbolje koristiti za poni\u0161tavanje u\u010dinaka traume, nedavne ili stare, te o\u017eiljaka na tijelu, MTVSS je \u010desto \u201calat izbora\u201d za poni\u0161tavanje gotovo svih tjelesnih tegoba. Mo\u017ee imati sna\u017ean utjecaj na imunosni sustav, naro\u010dito kada se izvodi na zglobovima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-verse\">Ako jednom tjedno napravite MTVSS, za 20 do 30 tjedana va\u0161e \u0107e tijelo po\u010deti izgledati onako kako je dizajnirano da bude.<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>MTVSS je tjelesni proces \u0161to zna\u010di da se pokre\u0107e polaganjem ruku na odre\u0111ene dijelove tijela. Ali isto tako mo\u017eete ga pokrenuti i na sebi i ima odli\u010dne u\u010dinke ako to u\u010dinimo prije nekog fizi\u010dkog napora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedan tjelesni terapeut je rekao: \u201cMTVSS pokrenem na svom tijelu dok masiram klijente. Prije sam mislio da klijentu mogu dati \u201csve\u201d, radio sve \u0161to mi je u tretmanu padalo na pamet, sve samo da mi ne bi bilo dosadno. Tijelo bi mi bilo bez sjaja i umorno od toga, a klijent bi oti\u0161a s osje\u0107ajem da nije dobio dovoljno. Sada samo pokrenem MTVSS na svome tijelu za vrijeme tretmana i ako tijelo klijenta \u017eeli isto, istovremeno ga pokrene. Moji klijenti puno br\u017ee postignu bla\u017eenstvo i ja doslovno mogu osjetiti kako im tijelo prede nakon jedne minute masa\u017ee.
